Career Coaching
"Julia’s one-to-one coaching on interview preparation played a major role in me successfully gaining my new job of Assistant Head. One of Julia’s strengths is to her ability to help individuals answer their own questions by being an insightful, challenging and humorous sounding board. Julia is able to think outside of the box and has the ability to help people see the wealth of choices at their disposal".
Del Planter, South Gloucestershire Council
“At a difficult time in my work life, Julia offered professional and independent support whilst I was going through a business restructure. As with anyone who has never experienced this before, it is hard to understand and interpret how you are and should be feeling and what the options are, Julia was able to help guide me through this situation and provide a range of solutions that allowed me to see a pathway.
She did this with patience, understanding and significant empathy for what I was going through. Her support was invaluable and in no small part, it is thanks to her that I have come out the other side feeling ready to move on with the next stage in my career.”
Simon Hawkins, Head of Finance, The Blue Cross
