On the PPI® course you will:

- identify which approaches would work best in different situations
- develop and practise the skills to adopt the most influential approach
- get immediate feedback from tutors and peers on your influencing impact.
We are presenting this stimulating 2 day in-house course consisting of:
Pre-course questionnaire: participants and colleagues complete on-line questionnaire
Style Familiarisation: explore and get to grips with the different approaches
Skills Practice: intense practice with immediate feedback on impact
Application: participants apply what they have learned to a real situation at work.
