We work with teams to establish:
- how well they are working
- what they need to do to be more effective
- how they will continue to develop without our help.
We provide support in the form of:
- devloping interpersonal dynamics using tools such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and 360 degree feedback
- examining and refining organisational vision and mission (in the case of Boards)
- clarifying team goals and desired outputs in a participative, creative environment
- comparing leadership competencies with actual performance and developing an action plan to close the gap.
